In 1973, with the acquisition of an accounting
practice by Joseph M. Hilger, CPA, the firm developed its services to the
clubs by being appointed Financial Consultants to the National Club
Association. It provides accounting, tax and management services to the club
industry and developed a wide range of club accounting and management
expertise.
In 1981, with the formation of the present
partnership with Steven D. Flick, the firm expanded its client services to
include the five-state area surrounding Philadelphia and concentrating on
updating, through the use of computers, the internal systems and procedures
of client clubs.
In the latter part of the 80's, these computer
systems were moved in house to achieve for our clients the most efficient
and independent office operations in the industry.
The firm has concentrated currently on
expanding the consulting services to include computerized surveys and advice
in the areas of deferred compensation, pension planning and representation
before the Internal Revenue Service on technical tax audits and rulings.
